The originator’s main hub for the Midwest will be located in Dublin, Ohio. Michael Farrell, who has served and represented the mortgage brokers of the State of Ohio as the OAMB state president, was named the Midwest regional manager for MCS and will lead the expansion project.

MCS is looking to target origination growth into nearby states such as Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin and Illinois. According to MCS, the operations center will be located near the Dublin office to support the growing production volume, as well as to provide a high level of customer service with clients and business partners.

“MCS has goals to grow into a national lender with the right people and talents,” said Taylor Stork, executive vice president of national sales for MCS Mortgage Bankers. “While already having a long history of meeting the mortgage needs in the Northeast, we are ecstatic about the opportunity to support this staff of professionals within our retail platform in the Midwest region.”

Stork added that the company has plans to bring a networking system to help mortgage specialists build a consistent and sustained production platform.

Currently, MCS has 13 retail branch locations in the New York tri-state area and Ohio, and is “growing at a consistent and measure pace nationally,” the company said in a press release.
