One way the privately held residential mortgage lender based in Patchogue, N.Y., is improving their relationships with clients is by opening two new branch offices on Long Island.

The originator’s Garden City branch will focus on retail lending, assisting clients located in nearby communities such as Hempstead, Hicksville, Westbury and Mineola.

Meanwhile, the Plainview office will be a reverse mortgage call center that will house employees who offer affordable government insured reverse mortgage loans to senior citizens. Borrowers across the nation will be provided help through MCS’ reverse mortgage call center operation.

“We find ourselves to be in one of the most vibrant real estate markets that we have seen in many years,” said Marc Stone, president of MCS Mortgage Bankers. “We offer reliable direction to our production teams and a full spectrum of mortgage banking products to our business partners and customers.”

MCS currently has 13 retail branch locations in the New York tri-state area, Florida and Ohio. The firm said it is continuing to grow at a “consistent and measured pace nationally.”

“While many companies seem to be consolidating in these somewhat volatile times, we are driving forward with strategic national expansion plans,” said Taylor Stork, executive vice president and national sales director of MCS Mortgage Bankers. “Our newest branches are strategically located to support and enhance our growth plans by expanding our presence in New York.”
