Holdings Inc., Denver, has completed the issuance and sale of $150 million (in principal amount) of 7% senior notes due Dec. 1, 2012.MDC said the proceeds have been used for general corporate purposes and to repay outstanding debt under its homebuilding line of credit. MDC's subsidiaries build homes under the name Richmond American Homes, and MDC also has a mortgage financing subsidiary, HomeAmerican Mortgage Corp.
