Garcia, who joined the bank in 2003, had been assistant vice president responsible for the underwriting and loan origination of commercial real estate mortgages in the metropolitan New York marketplace.
Prior to joining the Bank, he held the position of underwriter, real estate banking group at Bank of America in Miami.
