MFA Mortgage Investments Inc., New York, has announced the pricing of 7 million shares of MFA common stock at $7.90 per share.Net proceeds are expected to total approximately $52.3 million. The company said it has granted the underwriters an option to buy up to 1.05 million additional shares to cover any overallotments. UBS Investment Bank, Deutsche Bank Securities, and JMP Securities are the joint book-running managers for the offering.
