Mike Taylor has been named manager of the loan servicing department at MILA Inc., a wholesale lender based in Mountlake Terrace, Wash., and Douglas E. Schwed has been named MILA's general counsel.Mr. Taylor was formerly vice president of loan servicing at Citigroup, and has more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, MILA said.
