Issuance in the Dutch residential mortgage-backed securities market slipped in 2004 from the level recorded in 2003, Moody's Investors Service has reported.The volume of RMBS issued in the Netherlands totaled 19.6 billion euros (about $25.4 billion) last year, down from 23.4 billion (approximately $30.3 billion) in the previous year.
