The ratings of 468 tranches from 24 transactions issued by Residential Accredit Loans Inc. have been placed on review for possible downgrade by Moody's Investors Service. The ratings were placed on review, in general, based on higher-than-expected rates of delinquency, foreclosure, and real estate owned in the underlying collateral relative to credit enhancement levels, Moody's said.
