Moody's Investors Service has placed the A3 issuer rating of Australia's Ronin Property Trust on review for possible downgrade.Moody's said the rating action reflects the uncertainty surrounding the future business and financial risk profile of RPT if a planned takeover of the company by Multiplex Group is successful and the trust is merged into a larger group. "Assuming the takeover proceeds, RPT will be exposed to the higher-risk construction and development activities of the Multiplex Group," the rating agency said.
