Moody's: Global Credit Quality Rising

Global credit quality has improved in the first half of this year, Moody's Investors Service has reported.The percentage of all rated global issuers with negative outlooks stood at 14.1% on June 30, down from 18.8% at the beginning of the year, according to Moody's.
