Mortgage Contracting Services Opens Louisiana Office

Property preservation provider Mortgage Contracting Services has expanded its business operations by opening a new office in Ruston, La.

The 10,300-square-foot facility is the third building where company employees will conduct their daily work responsibilities. The other two offices are currently located in Tampa, Fla., and Plano, Texas.

MCS said the new building is scheduled to be in full operation by the end of August. The company plans on hiring 90 full-time and part-time jobs over the next few years to support the local economy.

Caroline Reaves, CEO of Mortgage Contracting Services, said this new site will provide not only community residents an opportunity to find work, but college students who are attending several universities in the area.

“No other community had that unique combination of small city attitude and high education ambition,” said Mike Carroll, CFO of Mortgage Contracting Services. “No other community had private entrepreneurs willing to commit and accomplish as well as public officials dedicated to attracting employers like ourselves that can provide opportunity and advancement to the citizenry.”
