MountainView Servicing Group, Denver, is offering a forward bulk servicing package where the seller will deliver $25 million to $50 million a month of Government National Mortgage Association (I and II) MSRs.

The identity of the seller was not disclosed by the advisory firm. The bid deadline is next week.
MountainView noted that the seller “is open to securitizing on a co-issuance/forward bulk basis all of its $75 million to $80 million of monthly FHA production.”
