NorthStar Realty Finance, a New York-based real estate investment trust, has announced the pricing of a public offering of 5.4 million shares of 8.25% series B cumulative redeemable preferred stock at $25 per share.The underwriters have been granted an option to buy up to 810,000 additional shares to cover any overallotments.
