Bader’s departure comes about two months after the privately held nonbank lost its national wholesale sales manager, Domenic Melillo.

A spokesman for TMS confirmed the departure but declined to say why Bader left the company. It also has not commented on why Melillo left.

The firm said that company CEO and founder, John Walsh, for now, will assume Bader’s duties while it searches for a replacement.

Bader, a 25-year veteran of mortgage finance, could not be reached for comment.

Despite the departures, the spokesman said the firm is committed to both the retail and the wholesale channels.

As a practice, TMS does not disclose its origination volumes. NMN and the Quarterly Data Report estimate that TMS ranks among the nation’s top 75 funders.
