Omega Healthcare Investors Inc., a real estate investment trust based in Timonium, Md., has priced a public offering of 3.5 million shares of common stock at $11.96 per share.The underwriters have been granted an option to buy up to 525,000 additional shares to cover any overallotments, Omega said.
