eTEC Appraisal Management Solutions in Phoenix is forming a new partnership with Affiliated Lender Services, a Florida-based vendor and consulting firm for mortgage lenders.
Under the agreement, Affiliated Lender Services will represent eTEC Appraisal Management Solutions services to their customer base across the country.
The partnership will allow eTEC AMS to provide Flood Zone Determination Certifications and real estate tax services, such as automated escrow tax processing, online delinquent tax tracking, letters to borrowers, and research services for tax-related issues on mortgage assets through ALS.
"We will be able to further assist our clients in increased turnaround time and create additional cost savings," said Brannon Ogburn, president and CEO of eTEC AMS.
