BERKELEY

Garrett, McAuley & Co. has appointed Jennifer Whip as managing director.

Most recently, Whip was vice president for business development at Fannie Mae where she managed customer relationships nationwide and was responsible for growing its business with new and prospective lenders.

CALABASAS

OneSource by PCS has hired Kini Akaka as chief operating officer and Heather Marton as senior vice president of lending and production.

Akaka most recently was the senior director at Conference Direct and led the technology, strategy, client services and accounting teams.

Marton was most recently the VP of compliance and corporate training for Skyline Financial.

She has lead teams at Bank of America and previously owned a mortgage brokerage firm.

SAN FRANCISCO

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler said that John Churchward has joined its San Francisco office as a director focused on debt and equity placement transactions in the Bay Area.

Churchward has nearly 20 years of experience in mortgage banking and commercial real estate.

He joins HFF from Palmer Capital, where he was a structured finance partner for the past six years.

COLORADO

DENVER

LenderLive Network Inc. said that Lynn Collins and Tisha Hamari have joined the firm as regional account executives for the company's correspondent division.

Collins covers the states of Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas, and Hamari covers Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Nevada and Southern California.

Collins brings more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry to LenderLive and most recently was an account manager for Stonegate Mortgage.

Hamari brings more than 23 years of mortgage industry experience to LenderLive and most recently served as correspondent sales director for Titan Capital Solutions.

LONGMONT

Alliant National Title Insurance Co. has hired Frank Camperlengo to the position of North Carolina state agency manager.

Camperlengo previously owned a South Florida title agency, which he grew and then ultimately sold.

He also spent 13 years with First American, running the company's South Florida direct sales team and then heading its joint venture group as well as its property and casualty agency.

GEORGIA

ATLANTA

Primary Capital Mortgage had named Kyle Eddy in the role of senior vice president, consumer direct.

Eddy brings 25 years of customer care experience in the mortgage, finance, insurance and telecom industries to Primary Capital Mortgage.

He joined Primary Capital from Assurant Specialty Property, a financial and property casualty insurance provider, where he served as director of call center operations.

SANTA FE

Gemini Rosemont Commercial Real Estate has named John Caley as senior managing director for capital markets.

He has been active in real estate investment management, acquisitions and redevelopment activities for over 25 years.

Previously, Caley was senior managing director for Grubb & Ellis Equity Advisors, where he directly co-managed the company's investment portfolio.
