Nationwide Appraisal Network said that Monica Bankus has joined the company as vice president of operations.

Prior to joining Nationwide Appraisal Network, Bankus worked for almost eight years at Streetlinks Lender Solutions (now Assurant Valuations), serving for the past three years as an account manager/client advocate.

Joseph Beatty has also joined the company as appraiser relations manager and will lead the recently formed appraiser relations department.

Over the past six years, Beatty worked for Streetlinks Lender Solutions, most recently as an appraiser liaison associate, with responsibility for recruiting and managing appraisers.

LOUISIANA

MONROE

The correspondent lending division of Envoy Mortgage has added Tom Van Auken, Karen Ellsworth and Garrett Bracken.

Van Auken, who began his mortgage career in 1998, joins Envoy's correspondent lending division as the regional account manager for eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Delaware.

Ellsworth joins the correspondent lending division as the regional account manager for New England. She brings 30 years of industry experience and prior to joining Envoy was an account executive with Plaza Home Mortgage.

Bracken is the new business development officer in the Western division. He previously worked in the mortgage finance industry as an originator for Wells Fargo Private Mortgage Banking.

Greystone Brown Real Estate said that Steve Mack has joined the firm as director, multifamily investment sales.

Mack previously worked at Brown Realty Advisors prior to its forming a joint venture with Greystone.

He will head Greystone Brown's team in the Carolinas and Coastal Georgia with a focus on conventional multifamily investment sales, business development, and debt and equity placement.

OREGON

PORTLAND

West, a wholly owned subsidiary of Williston Financial Group, has appointed Lance Melber as president and Gorkem Kuterdem as chief technology officer.

Melber was the CEO and co-founder of Valutrust, a national mortgage services and technology development business based in Overland Park, Kan.

He continued on in his role with Valutrust after it was acquired by WFG in 2013, before being named president for West.

Kuterdem takes the chief technology officer position for West having served in the same position for WFG.

RHODE ISLAND

NEWPORT

Embrace Home Loans said that Anthony Branda has joined the national lender as its chief data officer.

Branda brings nearly 25 years of experience working in customer intelligence and analytics for the financial services industry.

He has worked in executive roles at several large-scale national financial services organizations, including AIG, Bank of America, Citibank, RBS Citizens and Wells Fargo.
