Luther Burbank Savings has expanded its lending team with the addition of Tim Sorenson, who has joined the bank as senior vice president, director of retail residential lending.
Sorenson, who will be based in Irvine, brings to the company over 15 years of industry experience.
Previous roles include senior positions with Wachovia, California regional manager for national sales at JPMorgan Chase, and most recently managing director of residential lending for MUFG Union Bank.

LenderLive said that John Parrish has joined the firm as regional account executive for its correspondent lending division.
In this role, Parrish will work with current and prospective clients, primarily community banks and credit unions in Ohio, Michigan, West Virginia, Kentucky and Indiana.
Parrish brings more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry to LenderLive.
Most recently, he served as an account executive at Impac Mortgage where he managed and built relationships across a five-state territory.

Altisource Portfolio Solutions said that Eric Lapin, Kevin Cooke and Devin Daly have joined the company to support the expansion of its mortgage and real estate services initiatives.
A 20-year industry veteran, Lapin joins the company from Black Knight Financial Services, where he held the title of managing director.
Previously, he served with First American Data Tree, Kinecta Federal Credit Union and Credit Suisse.
Cooke has 20 years of experience in financial services, and he joins from LenderLive Network, a mortgage services provider.
Previously, he served with Carrington Investment Services, AMS Servicing and Mortgage Outreach Services Group.
Daly brings to the company over 20 years of industry experience.
Previously, he was Ellie Mae's vice president of solution sales and client services.

Christopher Swartz has joined Mortgage Network Inc. as a loan officer in the company's Conshohocken, Pa., branch office.
Swartz brings to Mortgage Network over 10 years of mortgage banking experience.
Most recently he served as a branch manager and vice president for Keystone Funding, and has previously served as a branch manager at both Village Capital & Investment and National Future Mortgage.

ValuAmerica said that Michael Ehms has joined the company as vice president of business development.
Ehms has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Stewart Lender Services appointed Kirk Bockoven to senior vice president of loan quality.
Bockoven joins Stewart with more than 30 years of experience serving in loan quality positions, including 20 years working with lenders in loan quality and operations, as well as most recently 10 years at Fannie Mae directing fraud and loan quality control oversight.

First Guaranty Mortgage Corp. has named Mark Mayhook senior director of TPO production.
Mayhook has been with First Guaranty since 2011, and prior to his appointment was responsible for the capital markets division.
Before First Guaranty, he held several executive level positions including associate regional director at Morgan Stanley and client manager/private mortgage banking at ABN-Amro/LaSalle Bank.
