CALIFORNIA

IRVINE

Auction.com has named Anthony Self vice president of industry relations.

In his new role, the real estate industry veteran will focus on strengthening the company's relationships within the real estate community and developing programs that foster long-term partnerships with agents and brokers.

Self is a broker associate with Hunter Mason Realty and serves on the board of directors for Palos Verdes Peninsula Association of Realtors.

Previously, he was director at Altisource as well as vice president at Altisource Online Auctions.

LOS ANGELES

RealtyMogul.com said that Michael Sanchez and Charles Kim, formerly senior vice president and vice president of Colony Capital's commercial mortgage lending arm, Colony Mortgage Capital, will join the company's commercial lending division.

Sanchez has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, with an emphasis on structured finance and portfolio management.

Kim brings to the company more than 15 years of experience in origination, underwriting and execution of financing transactions across various asset types.

CONNECTICUT

GREENWICH

Starwood Property Trust Inc. appointed Mark Cagley chief credit officer of the company.

In this role, Cagley will oversee due diligence and underwriting for all investments. He will also join the company's investment committee.

Cagley replaces Carl Tash, who has served as interim chief credit officer since 2014.

Tash will return to Starwood Capital Group full-time where he serves as chief credit officer and will remain on Starwood Property Trust's investment committee.

Since 2011, Cagley was employed at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he most recently served as the commercial real estate credit products executive for the Eastern United States.

PENNSYLVANIA

PHILADELPHIA

Radian Guaranty has promoted Nicholas Costas to assistant vice president, national account manager, and hired David Shrewsbury as senior account manager.

Costas will continue to work with mortgage lenders in the Northern region while taking on the additional role of directing sales and marketing efforts in the area.

Shrewsbury has over 25 years of mortgage banking experience and worked at a variety of positions including loan officer, national sales and account management, wholesale division development in New England and mortgage banking software sales.

TEXAS

DALLAS

Residential mortgage originator PrimeLending hired Ryan Miles as a loan officer.

Miles brings 10 years of mortgage industry experience to PrimeLending.

He previously worked at First Choice Loan Services in the greater Dallas area.
