Clayton Holdings said that Suzanne Singer has joined the company as senior managing director of business development.
In this position, she will be responsible for expanding Clayton's customer base and developing and executing strategic initiatives with Clayton's parent company, Radian Group Inc.
Singer has had more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
Most recently, she served as executive vice president of sales and marketing for Litigation Guard, a provider of mortgage-lending risk management tools and technology services.
Singer has held various client management and business development roles at Auction.com, Wingspan Portfolio Advisors, GMAC-RFC and Option One Mortgage Corp.

Debra Bennett has joined Treliant Risk Advisors as a director.
Bennett has 23 years of experience in the financial services industry — 20 years of which were spent specializing in risk management and compliance, with an emphasis on meeting requirements under fair lending laws and regulations.
She has held the position of compliance program director for fair and responsible banking at both midsized and large financial service institutions, most recently as senior vice president in Citibank's Global Compliance Policy Group.

Invictus Capital Partners said that Carl Bell has joined the firm as a managing director and co-head of investments.
As co-head of investments, he will focus on the analysis and management of credit assets identified from the full spectrum of consumer, real estate and corporate obligations.
Most recently, Bell was deputy CIO and head of securitized credit for Amundi Smith Breeden.
Previously, he was co-founder of Five Ten Capital, an investment management firm focused on deploying debt and equity capital into the single-family rental sector.

Fox has over 19 years of experience in the mortgage industry having most recently served as a divisional sales manager with Peoples Home Equity of the TPO division.
She previously worked with Franklin American, MetLife, EverBank and Homecomings as well as First California.

Martin brings to the firm over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and 11 years of leading a commercial real estate team.

Before GE Capital Real Estate, Martin served as an investment officer at AMRESCO Capital and a treasury analyst at The Peterson Cos.

Most recently, she served as loan originator for PennyMac, and her previous roles include serving as a senior loan officer at Residential Finance Corp. and as a loan officer at CFIC Home Mortgage.
