Ellie Mae said that Michael Keselman has joined the company as chief architect.

As chief architect, he will provide input across the technical, architectural and business perspectives.

Keselman brings over 20 years of experience in technology to the Ellie Mae team.

Prior to joining the company, he worked at Visa as the chief architect for merchant and acquirer processing.

SAN FRANCISCO

Matthew Ostrander, co-founder, majority owner, chairman and CEO of Parkside Lending was elected chairman of the California Mortgage Bankers Association for the 2016-2017 term.

Ostrander just completed serving one term as president of residential real estate for the CMBA and a previous term as secretary.

Prior to that he served as director for the CMBA board since 2010 and has been an active member since 2005.

DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

WASHINGTON

Treliant Risk Advisors said that Scott Fisher has joined the firm as managing director, chief revenue and strategy officer.

Fisher's 30-year career in banking includes serving as managing director at First Niagara and executive vice president at Wachovia.

His responsibilities have spanned mortgage lending, retail banking, consumer credit, commercial banking and e-commerce.

BOCA RATON

Money360 has hired Greg Schecher to head up the company's new Southern division.

In his new role, Schecher will be responsible for implementing all aspects of the Money360 lending program from the company's Boca Raton office.

He previously served with Amboy Bank, Liberty SBF, Lexington Capital Advisors, Cushman & Wakefield and NAI Global.

BOCA RATON

Berkadia has hired Greg Brown to its multifamily investment sales team as director.

At Berkadia, Brown will be responsible for growing the multifamily land division across South Florida.

Most recently, he worked as a land acquisition manager at Toll Brothers, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders.

MICHIGAN

PORT HURON

Michigan Mutual has tapped George Andrews as regional sales manager for the Northwest.

In his new role, Andrews will manage growth and sales for Northern California, Oregon and Washington.

He previously served as vice president and wholesale regional manager for Bayview Loan Servicing and regional vice president of Stearns Lending.

NORTH CAROLINA

CHARLOTTE

B2R Finance said that Joe Hullinger has joined the organization as a senior vice president.

He will be responsible for oversight of the company's single property loan sales team as well overall operations for the organization.

Hullinger was most recently an operations executive at Genworth Mortgage Insurance, where he directed loss-mitigation activities.
