Ray Allen and Seth Heikkila have joined IPA Capital Markets, a division of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp.
Formerly with JLL, Heikkila and Allen will extend IPA Capital Markets' commercial real estate financing services to clients in Seattle and throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Prior to joining JLL, Allen was a vice president with MMCC in Seattle. He joins IPA Capital Markets as a first vice president, capital markets advisor.
Heikkila joins IPA Capital Markets as a vice president, capital markets advisor and brings more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience to the team.
