LendingHome has named Stephanie Casper as the company's new vice president of sales.

Prior to joining LendingHome, Casper spent nearly five years at CoreVest Finance where she held multiple roles including head of bridge lending and vice president of originations.

Before CoreVest, she served with Green Street Advisors, Marriott International and GE.

Connecticut

Meriden

Planet Home Lending has hired Maureen Morais as controller in the servicing operations division and Desiree Kirkland as vice president of national closing.

Prior to joining Planet, Morais spent nine years at Capital One (fka Beech Street Capital), and had accounting roles at Farmer Mac and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Merchants Capital has hired Dewayne Hayward as vice president, Federal Housing Association asset management and Mark Ciarrocchi as senior vice president, investor accounting.

Hayward previously served as team lead of FHA asset management at ORIX Real Estate Capital.

Prior to joining ORIX, he worked as assistant vice president, asset management for Capital One Multifamily Finance and as an FHA asset manager for Prudential Financial.

Previously, Ciarrocchi served as the manager of multifamily asset management and loan servicing for Freddie Mac.

He also worked in investor reporting at CWCapital Asset Management and Wells Fargo Bank prior to Freddie Mac.

Weiner brings to Gateway 30 years of technology, operations and transformational leadership experience.

Most recently, he served as chief information officer at Fiserv Inc., leading technology strategies for Fiserv Output Solutions.

Incenter, a Blackstone portfolio company, has appointed Tom Piercy as president, enterprise business development.

Piercy, who also remains managing director of Incenter Mortgage Advisors, will head Incenter's new national enterprise sales team consisting of Tyler Bohn, Nick Costas and Steve Ferringer, each serving as executive vice president, national business development.
