CreditXpert Inc. has named Shesha Pancholi as director of product management and Sasha Blanton as director of user experience.
Pancholi has held several roles in product management with Neustar and AOL, and most recently as director of product management and global head of mobile with Laureate International Universities.
Before joining CreditXpert, Blanton was director of user experience for Envolve Innovation Labs, and also served with K12 Inc.

HarborOne Bank has named Luba Levin as vice president premier relationship officer. She will be reporting to retail banking be based in Boston.
Prior to joining HarborOne Bank, Levin served as vice president premier relationship manager at Rockland Trust.

Hunt Mortgage Group has hired Patrick McFarland as managing director. He will be based in the firm's Dallas office.
McFarland comes to Hunt Mortgage Group from Churchill Capital Co. where he was a senior vice president.

Grandbridge Real Estate Capital has named Matthew Rocco president and he will continue to serve as national production manager, overseeing the company's national loan origination platform.
Rocco will be responsible for not only Grandbridge's overall loan origination efforts, but also the company's agency underwriting (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA) and balance sheet closing groups.
Now reporting to Rocco, who joined the company in 1998, will be Frank Guzikowski, executive vice president and director of agency production; Brett Blackwood, senior vice president and legal/closing manager; and John Randall, senior vice president and deputy national production manager.

Waterstone Mortgage Corp. has opened a new office in Libertyville, Ill., which will be led by branch managers Joe Amato and Joe Spisak.
