Stevens has worked in the mortgage industry since 2003 and prior to joining SRE, he served as vice president of Cornerstone Mortgage Group.

Before that, he was vice president of business development for Mountain West Financial.

Guaranteed Rate Affinity, a mortgage origination joint venture between Guaranteed Rate and Realogy Holdings Corp., has appointed Jim Anderson as senior vice president of strategic growth.

Anderson joins Guaranteed Rate Affinity with over three decades of mortgage industry experience, specializing in business development, strategic sales and risk management.

He previously served as EVP of business development at First Look Appraisals and regional sales director at StreetLinks Lender Solutions.

Mortgage Connect LP said that Tim Anderson has joined the company as senior vice president of digital technologies.

Anderson has more than 35 years of experience developing e-commerce and digital transaction management technology for the mortgage industry.

Prior to Mortgage Connect, he was the senior vice president of business development at Pavaso where he was responsible for developing product, strategies and relationship for the company's digital products.
