Grind Analytics said that Brian Benson has joined its executive team as chief operations officer.

Before joining Grind Analytics, Benson most recently led the partner channel for Accenture Mortgage Cadence for three years where he also served on the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac digital advisory panels.

Prior to that, he served as CEO for ClosingCorp, and also spent 16 years in sales and operations leadership roles at CoreLogic and First American.

Rick Seehausen has been appointed to president and COO of Cherry Creek Holdings, where he will oversee all company operations, including IT, human resources, legal, accounting, marketing and compliance divisions.

Prior to joining Cherry Creek Mortgage in 2019 as executive vice president, Seehausen was the founder and CEO of LenderLive.

Promontory MortgagePath has hired Diane Capers and Greg Bruns as regional vice presidents in the company’s sales division.

Capers has experience working in business development at several mortgage banking firms, including Caliber Home Loans and Lenders One, and she most recently served with Optimal Blue.

Bruns brings more than a decade of experience in commercial banking and mortgage technology.

Nevada

Legacy Home Loans has expanded into South Carolina with the opening of three new branches in Columbia, Florence and Greenville.

Joining Legacy as the regional manager of the firm’s three South Carolina locations is Todd Simon, who brings 17 years of experience working in the banking-finance industry.

The firm has also hired Jammie Jelks as its new vice president of operations.

Union Home Mortgage has named Victor Guerrero area manager of the Pacific Southwest.

He is responsible for the growth and management of new and existing UHM branches in California, Arizona and Nevada.

Guerrero has more than 24 years of mortgage lending experience and prior to joining UHM he served as national business development manager at AnnieMac Home Mortgage.
