LERETA LLC has hired Shannon McClaughry as vice president of customer success.
McClaughry brings to the firm more than 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
She spent the last 13 years at CoreLogic where she was leader of national account management.
Fintech startup LenderClose has named Andrew Deignan as director of operations.
Deignan, who brings nearly 20 years of experience in operational leadership, most recently served as vice president of operations at Equifax Inc.
LenderClose also hired sales development representatives Dylan Sawyer and Dustin Halma.
Sawyer joins LenderClose from Wells Fargo where he was a home mortgage consultant and Halma most recently served as a sales specialist for Van Wall Equipment.
Ross Mortgage Corp. has appointed Nancy Aupperle as vice president of branch growth and development, and Teresa Ferman as chief compliance officer and corporate training executive.
Aupperle was formerly an account executive at Wisconsin-based Associated Bank covering the Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Chicago region.
Ferman was previously a senior compliance manager at University Bank in Southfield, Mich.
Fidelity Bank has named Michael Heil senior vice president of commercial lending.
Heil brings to the bank more than 28 years of experience in commercial banking.
He spent 22 years with Wells Fargo Bank before returning to Fidelity Bank, where he began his career.
Guaranty Home Mortgage Corp. has promoted Mike Grimsley to senior vice president, Western regional manager.
He brings more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry and joins GHMC after nine years as a regional manager at Franklin American Mortgage.
Grimsley is responsible for the recruitment, development, and management of sales professionals for the Western part of the country.
