Moran brings to the company 25 years of leadership experience in the banking and financial services industry.

Prior to joining Sierra Pacific, he was the chief compliance officer and chief regulatory counsel at Celebrity Home Loans.

Planet Home Lending has promoted Dalila Ramos to vice president, talent acquisition.

Before joining Planet in 2019, she had roles in talent acquisition for several companies, including Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group and Caliber Home Loans.

Planet Home Lending has also tapped Michele Kryczkowski as senior vice president, national fulfillment.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked at First Guaranty Mortgage Corp., where she managed national operations for the company’s wholesale and nondelegated correspondent channels.
