Impac Mortgage Corp. has hired Brian Robinett as chief production officer overseeing the performance of all of the company's lending channels.

Robinett brings to the company more than 30 years of industry experience and most recently headed HSBC's mortgage-direct business.

He also held a variety of senior wholesale positions at Bank of American/Countrywide, including managing director and chief operating officer for the bank's wholesale lending division.

District of Columbia

Washington

Carlton Fields has expanded its Washington office and national real estate and commercial finance practice with the addition of attorney Paul Kisselburg.

His practice focuses on the financing of multifamily and senior housing facilities.

Kisselburg represents lenders and borrowers in agency-related financing, with a particular emphasis on HUD, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

McGlinchey Stafford PLLC said that Andrew Hall has joined its consumer financial services regulatory compliance team as licensing manager.

In this role, Hall will supervise licensing team members working to obtain and maintain consumer finance related licenses.

He brings to the firm more than a decade of experience managing lending company and branch licenses, as well as mortgage loan originator and branch manager licensing for mortgage lenders and servicers of various scales.

Greystone has hired Donika Schnell as a managing director based in Los Angeles.

Most recently, she served as a senior managing director and head of health care banking at MB Financial Bank, which was acquired by Fifth Third Bank last year.

Schnell has also held similar positions at Opus Bank, BBVA Compass Bank and CapitalSource Finance.

MyAMC, an appraisal management company, has hired David Mentesana as vice president of client relationships.

Mentesana brings more than 25 years of industry experience to MyAMC.

He has served in a wide range of positions during the course of his career including as senior vice president of LandSafe Appraisal and vice president with ServiceLink Valuation.
