In her new role, Minor will lead client acquisition and business development.
She brings more than three decades of real estate and management experience to the company, and recently served as national sales manager, business development at Impac Mortgage.

LenderClose has hired Sam Faust as a relationship manager and added software engineers Russ Panula and Radha Talluri.
Faust joins LenderClose from Statewide Federal Credit Union in Mississippi where he was a service specialist within the financial cooperative’s lending team.
Panula is an information systems developer, who brings to the firm 25 years of industry experience.
Talluri most recently served as a research assistant for the University of Missouri's Networking and Multimedia Lab.

Ross Mortgage Corp. is expanding into Pennsylvania where Troy Allen will manage the company's new State College branch.
Allen, who brings to the firm over 16 years of real estate experience, will be responsible for branch operations and originating loans.
As an instructor for Military Mortgage Bootcamp, he will utilize his industry experience to help other loan officers serve the veteran community.

Pavaso has named Tim Anderson senior vice president of business development. He brings over 35 years of industry experience on both the lending and vendor sides of the business.
Prior to joining Pavaso, Anderson was director of e-strategy and services for DocMagic. He has also held executive management positions with ISGN, Lender Processing Services and Signia Docs.
Anderson is the founder of eMortgage Alliance, which promotes MISMO standards for delivering legally compliant paperless processes.

Andy Puckett has joined the mortgage department at First Bank & Trust Co. as vice president.
He brings to the firm 14 years of banking experience, most recently from Farm Credit of the Virginias.
In his new role at First Bank & Trust, Puckett will assist with loan production and mortgage administration for southwest Virginia and northeast Tennessee.
