Impac Mortgage Holdings Inc. said that Rian Furey has been hired as president of direct lending, to lead its consumer direct retail channel.
Furey was most recently the chief administrative officer of loanDepot.com.
He has also held various executive positions in the direct lending businesses of Nationstar Mortgage, Discover Financial Services and LendingTree.

With over 15 years of industry experience, Habib comes to Roostify from Walmart Labs, where he served as senior director for customer experience.
Prior to Walmart Labs, he served as director of software development for PayPal and as head of engineering for eBay.

Bechtel has over 27 years of banking and management experience, most recently serving as managing director, head of mortgage banking at CIBC.
With 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Lindner most recently served as SVP, head of retail banking at Scottrade, overseeing the bank's online platform, product development and banking operations.

Assurant Inc. has appointed Scott McGregor as managing director of American Title Inc.
He joined ATI in May 2008 as vice president of title service operations and assumed his most recent role as COO in 2013.
Prior to ATI, McGregor served in multiple capacities as an operations manager at Wells Fargo with a focus on building and centralizing operational functions.
