Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP has elected Katherine Bissett to the firm’s partnership.

Bissett began her career at Cox, Castle & Nicholson as a summer associate in 2010 prior to joining the firm’s capital markets practice team as a first-year associate in January 2012.

Her practice focuses on representing lenders and borrowers in all of their real estate finance needs.

Interfirst Mortgage Co. is opening a hub in Charlotte, N.C., and has hired Casey Nunn as vice president of national sales group.

Nunn brings more than 18 years of experience in mortgage lending to his new role.

He previously served with Home Point Financial, Quicken Loans and GMAC Mortgage.

FinLocker said that Henry Cason will be the company’s new chief executive officer.

He succeeds co-founder and CEO Peter Esparrago, who will become FinLocker’s executive chairman.

Cason joins FinLocker from Fannie Mae, where he served as senior vice president and head of digital products.

Greystone said that Michael Zampetti Jr., managing director, has joined the commercial finance team.

Zampetti brings to Greystone 20 years of CRE lending, asset management and securitization.

He comes to Greystone after seven years at CIBC. Prior to CIBC, he spent time at CWCapital, Fitch Ratings, and Credit Suisse.

Polunsky Beitel Green LLP has named Mimi Paxson associate director of business development.

Paxson brings more than 20 years of experience leading sales and business development at mortgage banking and financial institutions throughout the country.

Before joining Polunsky Beitel Green, she held several sales and client development roles at financial institutions and mortgage industry service providers such as Lenders One, Bank of America and Equifax Mortgage Services.
