Buckley Sandler LLP has promoted six associates to counsel.

The attorneys include Nadav Ariel, Timothy Coley, Katherine Brockway Katz and Sasha Leonhardt in the firm's Washington office, Benjamin Hutten in its New York office and Michael Rome in its Los Angeles office.

Castle & Cooke Mortgage has opened its first branch in Georgia, which will be led by Russell Elam, serving residents of Atlanta and its surrounding areas.

Elam has 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry and prior to joining Castle & Cooke Mortgage he was a senior loan officer for Ace Mortgage Funding and a sales manager for MainStreet Home Loans.

IndiSoft has appointed Frank Pallotta to its advisory board.

For more than 25 years Pallotta has been a leader in the mortgage industry and currently owns mortgage advisory firm Steel Curtain Capital Group, which he founded in 2009.

He has had key positions and senior capital markets roles at Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs & Co. since 1990.

MASSACHUSETTS

DANVERS

Mortgage Network Inc. has hired Jay Hughes, Ron Gardiner, Steve Mix and Erin Sadlier in its Waltham, Mass., branch. All four loan officers had previously worked with Mortgage Network.

Prior to Mortgage Network, Hughes was a mortgage advisor for PHH Mortgage and Mix worked as a branch manager for Radius Financial Group and VP of operations mortgage options of America. Gardiner and Sadlier were both loan officers for Guaranteed Rate.

PENNSYLVANIA

LoanLogics said that Bill Neville will now serve as its president and chief operating officer.

In his new role, Neville will be responsible for overseeing all operational controls, technology and software development.

He has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and most recently served as president of North America for Finastra.

Prior to Finastra, Neville served as a board director and later president of U.S. business to its predecessor company, D+H.

TENNESSEE

HIXSON

Element Funding, a division of Primary Residential Mortgage Inc., has opened a new branch located in Hixson, which will be led Kevin Blair.

Blair has been in the mortgage industry for more than 17 years and previously was a branch manager at Brand Mortgage for six years.
