Cloudvirga said that COO and company co-founder Kyle Kamrooz has been accepted into the Forbes Finance Council, an invitation-only community for senior-level finance executives.

Kamrooz has nearly 20 years of senior management experience in residential mortgage lending and also serves on Fannie Mae's Technology Advisory Board.

FLORIDA

POMPANO BEACH

ACES Risk Management has hired Nick Volpe as chief strategy officer.

Volpe brings to ARMCO over 23 years of mortgage operational and QC experience, including executive positions at Interthinx, First American Mortgage Solutions and Clayton Holdings.

He was one of the first employees at Clayton when he joined the company in 2000.

WEST PALM BEACH

OpenClose, a loan origination system and mortgage fintech provider, has added Joseph Wade to its development team.

Wade comes to OpenClose from Finastra, where he played a key role in the development efforts for its new products lending team.

MARYLAND

Walker & Dunlop Inc. has hired Mark Besharaty as senior vice president and chief production officer to lead a new initiative focused on multifamily small loans. He will be based out of the company's Irvine, Calif., office.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Besharaty served as director in the small balance commercial real estate lending group at Hunt Mortgage Group.

Walker & Dunlop has also hired John Gilmore IV as senior vice president and managing director in its multifamily finance group.

Previously Gilmore was a vice president and senior relationship manager in the community development and investment group within KeyBank Real Estate Capital.

NEW YORK

TMS, a financial services and mortgage company, has appointed Michael Chiarella as executive vice president of risk, Nathan Sands as executive vice president of core servicing, Jason Kwasny as senior vice president of default servicing and Anthony Forsberg as senior vice president of default.

Chiarella has been in the financial services industry for more than 15 years. Most recently, he was executive director of regulatory implementation and execution at USAA, where he oversaw a regulatory organization.

Sands has more than 18 years of experience in servicing operations management and was most recently senior vice president of loan administration at Bayview Loan Servicing.

With more than 16 years of experience in the mortgage space, Kwasny most recently was vice president of customer resolution at Specialized Loan Servicing. His senior leadership experience includes roles at Green Tree/Ditech and JPMorgan Chase.

Prior to TMS, Forsberg was vice president of default administration with Specialized Loan Servicing. He brings more than 16 years of experience to the position, with an emphasis in loan servicing.

Family First Funding has launched a private client group, which will be headed by Melissa Cohn.

Cohn, a New York mortgage banker who founded Manhattan Mortgage, said that Beth Divney has joined her at Family First Funding as part of their new private client group.

This is not the first time the two have teamed up together as Divney worked with Cohn at Manhattan Mortgage.
