PeerStreet has appointed Greg Galusha as head of commercial real estate. He will be based in the firm's headquarters in Los Angeles.

Galusha brings more than 25 years of real estate investment management experience for both institutional and private capital to PeerStreet.

Previous employment includes the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund, PCCP, Trammell Crow, Kearny Real Estate and Amstar.

WALNUT CREEK

AEI Consultants has expanded its commercial real estate HUD-related service offerings with the addition of Staige Miller as director of environmental services and Jeb Bonnett as director of building assessments.

Miller and Bonnett will also work closely with Glenn Adams, director of energy services, Scott Cameron, director of construction risk management, and Peter Millar, executive vice president, building assessments.

Miller joins AEI after 17 years as director of environmental services with Dominion Due Diligence Group.

Bonnett joins AEI following 12 years as a business project manager at Dominion Due Diligence Group.

OpenClose, a multichannel loan origination system and mortgage fintech provider, said that Tom Rice has joined its sales team.

Rice will be responsible for covering the West Coast territory.

He has held senior sales positions at LOS vendor PCLender, secondary marketing software vendor Optimal Blue, enterprise risk management and data analytics provider Veros, and Bank of America.

The Barrent Group has named Art Yeend business development director.

Yeend comes to The Barrent Group with over 30 years of experience in capital markets, sales and production in the mortgage industry and on Wall Street.

Prior to The Barrent Group, he served as managing director, heading both sales and marketing at MountainView Financial Solutions.

Mortgage Network Inc. said that Todd Bettinson has joined the company's Burlington, Mass., branch as a mortgage loan officer serving the eastern Massachusetts area.

Bettinson comes to Mortgage Network from Reading Cooperative Bank, where he was a loan originator.

Embrace Home Loans said that Parkes Dibble has joined the national lender as its new director of mortgage product innovation.

Dibble, who brings more than 35 years of industry experience, most recently served as vice president of capital markets product development for Charlotte, N.C.-based Deephaven Mortgage.
