SRE Mortgage Alliance Inc. has hired John Stevens as its first chief marketing officer.
Stevens, who has worked in the mortgage industry since 2003, previously served as vice president of Cornerstone Mortgage Group.
Before that, he was vice president of business development for Mountain West Financial.
AEI Consultants, a commercial real estate assessment and consulting firm, has appointed James Rice as vice president of HUD services.
Rice is a 20-year industry veteran and in previous roles has completed HUD capital needs assessments, Phase I environmental site assessments and managed hundreds of construction projects across the United States.
Planet Home Lending has named Jim Bopp vice president of national renovation lending.
With more than 25 years in the financial industry, Bopp will manage Planet's retail and correspondent renovation loan programs, including FHA 203(k), VA alterations and conventional loan offerings.
Before joining Planet Home, he spent more than seven years at Platinum Home Mortgage Corp.
LenderClose has named Tana Krumm vice president of marketing.
Most recently, Krumm served as a marketing communications consultant for American Enterprise Group, a Des Moines-based provider of health care capital, marketing, technology, services and products.
Prior to American Enterprise Group, she served with full-service B2B marketing agencies, Two Rivers Marketing and ZLR Ignition.
Waterstone Mortgage Corp. has hired Richard Tobias as controller in its Pewaukee-based corporate office.
In his new role, Tobias will oversee corporate accounting and funding operations and act as a financial liaison for Waterstone Mortgage's branch network.
He previously served as assistant controller for Park Bank, based in Milwaukee.
