Alec Hanson has been named to loanDepot's leadership team as SVP, divisional manager of its new Pacific Southwest division.
In his new role, he will oversee the production and growth of Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Hawaii and Southern Nevada, while continuing to lead parts of Southern California.
Prior to this new role, Hanson served as VP, regional production for loanDepot in Southern California.

Hudson United Mortgage Services has hired Sal Mangiameli as a loan officer in its Westchester branch.
He has served in the real estate and mortgage industries for more than 20 years, and specializes in renovation loans, FHA 203K and Fannie Mae home style loans.
Mangiameli started his career in 1998 when he founded Deer Tract Realty and Sun Construction. That same year, he joined Columbia Equities (later Prospect Mortgage) as a loan officer.

Greystone has expanded its full-service multifamily investment sales and advisory capabilities in Texas with the addition of a Dallas-based team led by Todd Franks.
Operating as the joint venture Greystone Investment Sales Group, the team includes 12 advisers with experience in multifamily, single-family rental portfolios, seniors housing, student housing and land sales transactions.
Franks previously founded the Dallas-based SVN Investment Sales Group operation, and prior to that represented The Cantrell Co.

Roberts, who has more than 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry, has been with Waterstone Mortgage since May 2013.
