Hunt Mortgage Group has promoted Vic Clark to national head of conventional agency and commercial loan production.

Prior to his new role, Clark was a managing director based in Dallas and was hired originally in 2012 to build and lead a Southwest team that focused on agency lending.

Before coming to Hunt Mortgage Group, he was with Walker & Dunlap in Dallas where he spent two years as a senior vice president, responsible for the central region.

Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, the commercial and multifamily mortgage banking subsidiary of Enterprise Community Investment Inc., has expanded its West Coast platform with 22 new hires joining the newly formed Los Angeles and San Diego offices and existing Irvine, Calif., office.

Thirteen people will be based in a newly formed Los Angeles office, six will be joining the current Irvine office and three will work in the new San Diego location.

Bellwether Enterprise will also maintain a servicing office in Los Angeles headed by Shelley Hasskamp.

First Community Mortgage has appointed Christy Long Hoskins as senior vice president of strategy and chief marketing officer.

In this newly created role, Hoskins will lead all marketing, branding and advertising activities.

She is the current Middle Tennessee director for the Tennessee Mortgage Bankers Association and former president of the Nashville Mortgage Bankers Association.

Supreme Lending has opened two new branches located in Tulsa and Pryor, Okla., which will both be managed by Patrick Chicklinski.

Chicklinski brings over 15 years of mortgage origination experience that includes Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, nonconforming and jumbo products.

Kristen Martin, a loan originator in the Pryor branch, has over 20 years of experience originating and closing VA and USDA financing.
