VIP Mortgage has expanded its Colorado presence with a new branch in Colorado Springs which will be managed by Tim Duvall.

Duvall is a veteran of the mortgage industry and has over 14 years of residential mortgage lending experience.

Prior to VIP Mortgage, he served as the area manager and senior loan officer for Guaranteed Rate and district manager and senior loan officer for Academy Mortgage in Southern Colorado.

LenderLive said that David Tiberio and George Schultz have joined the company as vice presidents of national sales for the company's LenderLive Settlement Services line of business.

Schultz brings more than two decades of mortgage industry experience to LenderLive.

Prior to joining the company, he was vice president of business development and client management for Kensington Vanguard National Land Title.

Tiberio has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services, mortgage and real estate industries.

Throughout the course of his career, he held a series of senior positions at large national mortgage companies and title agencies, such as First American Title Insurance Co. and Bank of America.

William Wood has joined The StoneHill Group as the company's corporate trainer.

Wood will oversee the training of all QC and outsourcing staff, ensuring they are up-to-date on current and future industry standards and regulations.

Wood has more than 25 years of experience in mortgage finance and business management.

Most recently, he served as client account and training manager for AmeriSave Mortgage Corp., where he was responsible for training staff on TRID, loan submission and underwriting requirements.

Mortgage Network Inc. has relocated its West Chester, Pa., branch office to Exton, Pa.

The new office will be led by Chris Blanchard, who has been a district sales manager for Mortgage Network for the past three years.

Prior to Mortgage Network, Blanchard held management positions with Wells Fargo, loanDepot and American Home Mortgage.

Safeguard Properties has appointed Sheilla Lienerth to assistant vice president of client relations.

Movement Mortgage has hired Greg Sayegh as regional director for its Southern California markets.

Sayegh joins Movement Mortgage with over 35 years of experience in the mortgage industry, specializing in the West Coast market.

Prior to joining Movement Mortgage, he held senior and executive-level positions for U.S. Bank, Caliber Home Loans, Countrywide Home Loans and Washington Mutual.
