Guild Mortgage has hired Michael Querrey as vice president, strategic retail growth for its Mountain West division.

Querrey, who has close to 30 years of mortgage industry experience, will support retail growth initiatives and lead recruiting for branches in Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah.

Prior to joining Guild, he served as executive vice president of production for ClosingMark Home Loans.

Connecticut

Meriden

Planet Home Lending has named Mike Eckrote SVP of quality control, and Christopher Joles, SVP and enterprise risk officer; and Kathy Keller, former division production leader, has been promoted to SVP of strategic initiatives.

Before joining Planet Home Lending, Eckrote served as SVP of retail finance at Pacific Union Financial.

Prior to joining the company, Joles was the VP of internal audit at Finance of America Mortgage.

Keller, who has spent more than 20 years in the mortgage industry, joined Planet Home Lending in 2018 as the Eastern division production manager.

Black Knight Inc. said that Richard Lombardi and Kevin Hughes have joined the company's data and analytics organization.

Lombardi will serve as senior vice president for data strategy and innovation, and Hughes will be senior vice president of sales and business development for Black Knight's Multiple Listing Services technology business.

Prior to joining Black Knight, Lombardi served as chief operating officer of Attom Data Solutions.

Hughes most recently served as chief executive officer of technology start-up BoxMLS.

Home Point Financial has hired Delane Olin as its first chief learning officer.

Olin comes to Home Point with more than 15 years of experience developing and managing corporate training programs for Planet Home Lending, Stearns Lending, Caliber Home Loans and Nationstar Mortgage.

Pennsylvania

King of Prussia

Sagent has appointed David Doyle as EVP of business development and Jesse Decker as EVP of customer success.

Doyle joins Sagent following a 24-year career at Bank of America where he led a number programs with titles including national sales executive and home loans underwriting and fulfillment executive.

Decker most recently led and developed customer-facing teams at mortgage origination fintechs Roostify and Cloudvirga.
