Lantz brings nearly 20 years of experience building and scaling operations for real estate and financial service industry firms, including Zillow Group and Bank of America.
Prior to Ethos, she spent nearly a decade at Zillow Group, most recently as vice president and general manager of mortgages.

Rose joins JLL as a managing director focused on securing debt and joint venture equity financing for a broad range of property types.
