Tavant, a Silicon Valley-based provider of digital products, has appointed Raj Menon as chief marketing officer.

Prior to joining Tavant, Menon served in various senior leadership roles at Cognizant where he boosted sales and expanded marketing efforts. Additionally, he held positions at AIG and TCS.

District of Columbia

Washington

Charles Treece, a public finance lawyer who represents government-sponsored enterprises, servicers and lenders in multifamily housing financings, has rejoined Ballard Spahr in the firm's Washington office.

Treece returns to Ballard Spahr from Fannie Mae, where he served as associate general counsel in the multifamily division.

He also regularly structures, negotiates and advises on transactions involving credit enhancement or direct placement of debt related to multifamily housing developments.

ACES Risk Management said that Trevor Gauthier has been appointed as CEO and board member of ARMCO. Avi Naider, who led ARMCO for the past 10 years as CEO, will transition to the board of directors.

Gauthier brings to the company 20 years of executive experience in enterprise SaaS technology.

Most recently, he was president and chief operating officer at loan origination and enterprise mortgage technology provider Mortgage Cadence.

New Jersey

Cherry Hill

TD Bank said that Kafi Lindsay has joined the bank's Community Development team. In this role, she will be responsible for developing strategies and designing programs in support of TD's Community Reinvestment Act goals throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Lindsay most recently served as market manager for community development banking at PNC Bank.

Previously, she served as senior counsel for the Philadelphia Housing Authority, where she worked on a variety of affordable housing initiatives.

Wisconsin

Pewaukee

Waterstone Mortgage Corp. has hired Scott Woodbury as vice president, risk and compliance at its Pewaukee-based corporate office.

Woodbury, who previously served as general counsel for Shamrock Home Loans, will oversee the compliance management system, vendor management program and internal audit function.
