Interfirst Mortgage Co. said that Karen Gerli has rejoined the company as its chief operating officer.
She brings back to Interfirst 35 years of experience in mortgage lending, and most recently served as the SVP of operations at Angel Oak Prime Bridge and COO at Ethos Lending.
In her previous nine years at Interfirst, Gerli served as COO from 2008-2017.
Mag Mile Capital said that Paula Mello has joined the firm as senior vice president of originations and will be based out of its Boston office.
Prior to joining Mag Mile Capital, Mello was a senior relationship manager with Cambridge Trust Co. for its commercial real estate group.
She has also held senior positions with Commerce Bank & Trust Co. and TD Bank Group.
Incenter Appraisal Management said that Mark Walser has joined the firm as executive vice president.
Walser brings to the firm over 12 years of senior-level experience in sales, technology and operations for appraisal management companies.
Prior to joining Incenter, he was a key contributor to the growth of several AMCs from regional to national organizations over the past 10 years, including Triserv Appraisal Management.
Stewart Title has hired Erin Sheckler as its new senior division president for the Pacific Northwest, responsible for managing and overseeing direct operations strategy and growth in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana.
Prior to joining Stewart, Sheckler was senior vice president of national commercial services for WFG National Title Insurance Co.
Before that, she held roles at NexTitle, providing regulatory and compliance guidance, and leading corporate strategic and tactical initiatives.

Title iO Inc. said that Sheila McGuire has joined the leadership team as its new vice president of sales.
McGuire formerly held a wide array of positions as corporate trainer, technical implementation director and national sales manager with First American Financial Corp.
