Prior to joining Impac, Donatacci served as executive vice president, business development, for Selene Finance.

Quicken Loans Mortgage Services has promoted Paul Yatooma to the newly created position of vice president of sales.

A Quicken Loans veteran for nearly 13 years, Yatooma previously served as a divisional vice president at QLMS, leading a team of account executives, and prior to that served as senior director of mortgage banking.

McGlinchey Stafford PLLC has hired four associates in its commercial litigation practice group in New York: Odera Chuke, Dennis Amore, Ronald Park and Amier Shenoda.

Chuke has previously handled consumer banking and finance litigation matters emanating from across the country in both state and federal court.

Amore has representing clients in bankruptcy proceedings in multiple jurisdictions and is experienced in corporate law and real estate transactions.

Prior to joining McGlinchey Stafford, Park served as an agency attorney in the New York City Department of Buildings.

Shenoda has experience representing clients in financial services litigation, real estate and title litigation.

Mayer Brown has expanded its real estate markets practice with the addition of Jeffrey O'Neale, who joins the firm as a partner in Charlotte. He was previously a partner at Alston & Bird LLP.

O'Neale focuses his practice on representing institutional lenders, financial institutions and servicers in a variety of secured and unsecured financial transactions, including commercial mortgage loan originations and single-family residential mortgage loan originations.

Gateway First Bank has appointed Peter Moenickheim as its chief risk officer.

In this role, Moenickheim will provide executive oversight to the company's credit and risk management teams.

Prior to working at Gateway, he served as chief risk officer for Ocwen Financial, where he oversaw the redesign and development of the risk and compliance management framework.
