Lender Price has named veteran mortgage industry executive Jerry Halbrook as its CEO.
Halbrook's nearly 35 years of financial services industry experience includes most recently serving as president of the origination technology and enterprise business intelligence divisions of Black Knight Financial Services.
Prior to Black Knight, he has held numerous executive-level positions at Prudential Home Mortgage, Bank of America, CitiMortgage, Nexstar Financial and Deloitte & Touche.
The California Housing Finance Agency's board of directors has unanimously appointed Michael Carroll as CalHFA's director of multifamily programs.
Carroll brings his decades of experience in affordable housing and community development lending to CalHFA following a nine-year stint with the Rural Community Assistance Corp., where he was director of lending and housing.
He brings additional experience from his time with Fannie Mae, where he was director of multifamily sales and marketing and also served as director of the Central Valley Partnership Office in Sacramento.
Factual Data has promoted Jay Giesen to president. He has been with the organization since January 2014, most recently serving as senior vice president.
Prior to joining Factual Data, Giesen served as president of Sigue Global Services, based in London.
He has also held senior positions at American Express, GE Consumer Finance and First Data Corp.
Mortgage Network Inc. said that Jay Murphy has joined the company as a loan officer based in the lender's Burlington, Mass., branch.
Murphy brings over 10 years of mortgage banking experience to Mortgage Network, working primarily in the Boston area and the Greater New England region.
Most recently, he served for six years as a loan originator for Salem Five Bank.
Providence Bank Mortgage has added Laura Brownfield as assistant vice president, mortgage banking officer.
She will be responsible for originating residential mortgage loans in Columbia and surrounding areas.
Brownfield brings to the bank over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, including 15 years in mortgage lending.
Joe Langner, a mortgage technology veteran and former COO at Ellie Mae, has been named CEO of Blue Sage.
Langner brings to the firm more than 25 years of executive experience in the financial services and software industries.
He has also served as president of PC Lender, general manager and executive vice president for Sage Inc. and senior vice president at Dun & Bradstreet, where he oversaw the expansion of the company's brand into the small business market.
