Guaranteed Rate Affinity, a mortgage origination joint venture between Guaranteed Rate and Realogy Holdings Corp., has named Michael Lee as a vice president of mortgage lending in Glendale.

Previously with Caliber Home Loans and Wintrust, Lee joins the Guaranteed Rate Affinity team with over a decade of mortgage industry experience.

Equity Prime Mortgage said that Leora Ruzin has joined the firm as senior vice president of wholesale operations.

Ruzin is a 14-year veteran in the mortgage industry and previously served with Valley First Credit Union, Guaranteed Rate and Flagstar Bank.

Mortgage Network Inc. said that Juan Gonzalez has joined the company's Mount Pleasant, S.C., branch as a loan officer.

Gonzalez will be responsible for helping Charleston area homebuyers and homeowners with all their mortgage financing needs.

Prior to joining Mortgage Network, he spent several years in account executive roles with Blackbaud, a cloud software company.

Home Point Financial has appointed Kristin Supancich to the new role of chief people officer.

Supancich brings to Home Point more than 25 years of experience in the workforce and talent industry.

Supancich joins Home Point after serving as senior vice president and global chief human resources officer at Kelly Services.

SLK Global Solutions has named Casey Hughes-Wade as vice president of mortgage relationship management.

She has been a part of the mortgage lending industry for almost a decade and previously worked for MQMR, NCS, and most recently SimpleNexus, where she served as national business development manager.
