King previously was director of valuation services for Veros Real Estate Solutions, a post he held for nearly four years.
During that time, he was a property and valuation work group member of the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization, provided guidance to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac on Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice issues for their Uniform Collateral Data Portal, and collaborated as part of the team that created its Uniform Appraisal Dataset component.
Prior to working with Veros, King was founder, president and chief appraiser of ValueOne Appraisal, a company in the Pacific Northwest region.
