Royal Bank of Scotland subsidiary RBS Greenwich Capital has reported the expansion of its mortgage- and asset-backed securities department.The Greenwich, Conn.-based company said it has hired a total of eight experienced institutional salespeople in the past two years, most recently Scott Auker and Kevin Blaney.
