RMR Real Estate Fund, Newton, Mass., has announced the pricing of an initial public offering of approximately 6.67 million shares at $15 per share.The fund is a closed-end investment company that plans to invest chiefly in common and preferred securities issued by real estate companies, including real estate investment trusts. Its primary investment objective is to earn and pay a high level of current income, and its secondary goal is capital appreciation, the company said.
